Antonina Shevchenko

Antonina (or Antonia) Shevchenko is a Kyrgyzstani Muay Thailand fighter for the UFC's flyweight division. Valentina is her older sister, and also a UFC competitors. The promotion ended in 2018 to join Dana White's Contender Series in 2018. Shevchenko knocked out Jaimelene Nievera during Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11 Antonina displayed her striking prowess by TKOing Nievera with knees. Antonina was offered the UFC invitation following her win. Antonina was able to make her UFC debut during the TUF Heavy Hhitters Finale, against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko defeated Roxanne Modeafferi with a unanimous decision. However, she then lost her subsequent bout due to an unanimous verdict.
